Crazy Day

Today I was able to finish one 1A patient... He is 8yrs old. I struggle with distinguishing permanent from primary teeth. I'm not sure how to practice this other than going to a school and looking at all of their teeth... but some how I don't think that is possible. To add to that they asked me to fit in another child patient...I was excited about that... but the patient was not a child. She ended up being another 1B and I was only able to get x-rays on her so it was crazy.
